Introduction
Electronic Visits respects each individual’s right to personal privacy.  We will collect and use information through our Web site only in the ways disclosed in this statement.  This statement applies solely to information collected at ELECTRONIC VISITS’ Web site.

Part I.  Information Collection
ELECTRONIC VISITS collects information through our Web site at several points.  We collect the following main bits of information, mostly for registering visitors: Name; Age; E-mail; Physical features; Location.

We may also collect names, usernames, addresses and e-mails which our users divulge about other people, such as referrals or gift voucher purchases. ELECTRONIC VISITS does not actively market to children, and we never knowingly ask anyone under 18  to divulge personal information.

We collect the following general data that is not personally identifiable information: Preferences; vote/poll data; as well as a few other topics. We also collect demographic data in order to improve our service in all aspects.

We verify the accuracy of this information by means of allowing other members to report false profiles and by requiring that all members activate their accounts via data supplied upon registration.

We collect this information through different collection methods, such as registration forms, automatic logging files, and so on.  The information collected is mainly for the construction of individual profiles.  The information is collected voluntarily.   To be able to use our services and create online profiles, certain information is mandatory because without it the way our website works would not be possible. Other information we request is optional. 

We do not employ cookies. Instead we employ session variables. These Session variables are completely machine independent and work on the server. They enable ELECTRONIC VISITS to track usage patterns and deliver customized content to users. Some of these sessions have an expiration date. Our sessions collect personally identifiable information to allow each user the ability of customizing this experience.

Banner advertising appearing on our Web site may collect the following information: demographic and internet information by means of small scripts. Third parties collect the following information at our Web site: Location of browser; I.P. Adress; etc.

Part II.  Information Usage.
The information collected by ELECTRONIC VISITS will be used mainly for services offered through the website and creating profiles. Users who provide information might receive details regarding services, gift vouchers, sms and e-mail notifications, email announcements or advertisements. 

Registered users will receive additional announcements from us about products, services, special deals, and a newsletter. Out of respect for the privacy of our users we present the option to not receive these types of communications.

The information we collect will be used to create customer profiles based on browsing or purchasing history.  We will not necessarily supplement information collected at our Web site with data from other sources such as credit history to authorize purchases.

We may share data with the following third parties: shipping companies, credit card companies, and so on.  These third parties will use the information as follows: Delivery of gifts; Authorization of transactions; etc.  Users may opt out to have their information shared with third parties but should remember these parties are relevant to the services we provide.

We offer links to other Web sites.  Please note: When you click on links to other Web sites, we encourage you to read their privacy policies.  Their standards may differ from ours.

Our Web site offers public profiles as well as a personal advertising section. Please be advised that information posted in these venues becomes public knowledge. 

If our policy on information collection or uses changes, we will update these terms on this page and also advise existing members by means of e-mail within 72 hours.

Part III.  Access to Information
ELECTRONIC VISITS maintains the accuracy of our information by regularly reviewing data and also relying upon other users to report possible inaccuracies.  Users may access their own personal information and contact us about inaccuracies they may find. This can be done once again by e-mailing info@electronicvisits.com and stating all details, some information can also be changed within their profiles by themselves. Users may delete their information from our database by e-mailing info@electronicvisits.com and requesting this to be done. After confirming the ownership of the relevant profile, their information will be removed within 72 hours.

If problems arise, users may contact ELECTRONIC VISITS by e-mailing info@electronicvisits.com for personalized assistance. We are committed to resolving disputes within 72 hours although depending on the nature of the issue might take longer.
